The goals God wants me to achieve

Thru you I see

A feeling of joy I’ve always wanted to feel

Thru you I see

A friend and more, and I know you’re real

Time together we spend, opens many new doors

And the contents of each I long for what’s in store

I can’t get the wonderful feeling of you out of my mind

And I didn’t see it coming, it must have hit me from behind

I’m not sure, but you could be someone or something I’ve been waiting for

All I know is, when we’re not together I miss you more and more.

There is a name for this feeling

And that name is Shan

Because sometimes I ask Him

Is she part of Your BIG PLAN?

And sometimes I even ask,

Will I be her one and only man?

I know sometimes I get on her nerves

But please, Lord let me be the one she deserves

And sometimes it seems like we’re not even on the same page

But the good thing about her is that it doesn’t last for days

And Lord I know something I slip

But you know that happens to everyone on this Big Trip

Lord keep her here and never let her go

And if we’re meant to be I’m sure we’ll soon know

Because I have always loved the way Shan & Jason flow
